In a turn of events I’ve found myself on bed rest in hospital, AGAIN! And as much as I love hospital food (sarcasm much?), I look forward to the days my husband picks up dinner on his way in to see me. I must say, if you get stuck in hospital you really want it to be inner city. I’m fortunate enough to be based in East Melbourne, which means some of the best eateries in town are just a hop, skip and a jump away (well not for me, but for anyone I can convince to do a food run).

Earlier this week I got to tick Trippy Taco off my huge list of places to visit. I’ve wanted to check it out for ages, but for one reason or another it hasn’t happened, and after taking the first bite out of my burrito, I immediately regretted the wait.
